Y2 recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Assumption College Kilmore to create a contemporary Food Technology Learning Building. The new building nestles snugly between the existing Y2 designed Marlhes Restaurant (VET Hospitality Training Centre) and the Catering Hub completing the final phase of the Food Technology learning precinct. The building provides two distinctive theory spaces integrated with dedicated food technology kitchen spaces complete with state of the art facilities.

The project was completed in 10 months and handed over to the college on 3rd June 2020 .
