The Assumption College campus is sited on the western outskirts of the Kilmore Township in a predominantly residential area. Immediately to the North, is St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School. The campus is bounded by Sutherland Street on the East and semi-rural/residential land to the South and West.

Y2 Architecture was commissioned to build a new facility to house VCAL working studies, Agriculture and Horticulture Studies, and Animal Science studies. As well as having dedicated areas for each subject area, the facility also provides shared spaces for any of these faculties to utilise. The project forms part of a larger campus Master Plan which seeks to deliver 16 Priority Projects before 2028, in order to cater for a projected increase in student numbers.
